Wood Chipper Makes Quick Work of Over Grown Trees

We all have a tree or two in our yard that never seems to grow where or how we want it to grow. This past week a customer in Southwest Portland just outside of Beaverton ordered a wood chipper to tackle that very problem.
Douglas fir, hemlock, filbert and fruit trees all grow very well in and around Portland. But these lovely trees also can grow too quickly from one year to the next. When summer arrives and it is time to enjoy our yards, cleanup is in order.
With so many branches to haul away, putting the branches in the yard debris can was not an option for Kelly. Additionally she knew the chips would be great to use on pathways and as mulch in her established garden beds.
Our wood chipper is powerful and makes quick work of branches up to 1-1/4 inches thick. On this particular rental day Kelly chipped enough material to cover a pathway 3 feet wide and 10 feet long. The hard work definitely paid off and now she doesn't need to buy wood chips from the hardware store!
