Is there a way to control the pressure and water output?
Yes, there is a control for reducing the amount of pressure and water that is released. This is controled by a black knob near the pressure pump. Turning to the right will increase pressure and turning to the left will reduce pressure.
Does the pressure washer come with a garden hose?
No. We do not delivery the pressure washer with a garden hose. You will need to ensure that you have an outdoor spigot and a normal garden hose.
How do the Nozzles Work?
0º - red nozzle: Narrow and powerful stream of water. Used for very difficult stains and caked mud. Do not use on decks or fences. 15º - yellow nozzle: Uses a small fan spray for a focused cleaning. Good for somewhat difficult to remove dirt and debis. 40º - white nozzle: Largest angle of spray used for cleaning surfaces quickly and for rinsing. 65º - soap (black) nozzle: Soap tip is used in conjunction with the cleaning fluid. This is the only nozzle that can be used with cleaning solutions.
Can I use a pressure washer on windows?
This is not recommended, but can be done if great care is taken. You must fold towels on the inside window ledge (after making sure windows are closed properly.) Do not use pressure washer on damaged windows! Use the 65º nozzle and stand at least 5 feet away from the house and use at a 45º angle.
Why can't chemical injection be used under high pressure?
Applying chemicals in low pressure has two advantages. First, if the chemicals were applied in high pressure, they will splash off, resulting in wasted solution. Secondly, because chemical injection only works in low pressure, you can change from low pressure to high pressure at the wand, instead of going back to the unit to engage chemical injection.
Can I use bleach in the pressure washer?
NO. You must NOT use any household bleach in the machine. Bleach will damage the seals and o-rings in the gun, wand, hoses and pumps.
Can I use water from a lake or pond?
NO. Water that is drawn from a lake or pond may contain debris that will clog the pump. Pumps are not designed to draw water from a stationary source.
How long can hoses be extended?
The recommended length is 100 feet by connecting 50' sections.

After experience with Yard Rents we are thinking we might repair the machine, sell it and just do rental! I had checked a number of places that either wouldnt do reservations, were already booked, were WAY MORE expensive on inconveniently located. How convenient to be able to arrange the date and time I wanted, have someone deliver, setup and instruct the kid on using and then come back later to haul it away! Prior To Using the Pressure Washer
Locate your garden hose and connect it to a spigot on the outside of your house. Make sure you have good water flow when you turn on the spigot.
Clear away furniture, planting pots, BBQs, vehicles and any other objects that reside on the surfaces you plan to wash.
Pressure washing can be loud. You may want to give your neighbors advance notice about when you will be cleaning.
