This core lawn aerator will help you keep your lawn healthy and beautiful. It pulls up to 9 plugs per square foot, which allows the roots to get oxygen and water as well as expand.
An easily filled, top mounted water tank is used as a weight and eliminates the need for bulky steel weights that can't be removed. It holds up to 50 lbs of water directly over the tines. The best in class drive and tine engagement make it a snap to operate. The outboard drive wheels provide increased stability and handling.
Step up to the unique features of Billy Goat's Core Aerator and see for yourself how easy lawn aeration can be.

Recommended Protection

Compaction is one of the main causes of unhealthy lawns. It may be caused by heavy wear or overuse of chemicals. Core aeration removes plugs of soil and thatch to improve water infiltration, drainage, and oxygen content. The best times to aerate are in the spring and early fall when soils are naturally moist and grass is growing quickly. The deeper the penetration of the aerator the better. Make several passes (3 or more is best).

YR was an awesome experience! The staff was super friendly and quick to respond when I had a question. I needed an aerator and a rototiller for some spring work and I certainly wasn't going to buy. After checking the big stores I ran across YR. Cheaper and drop off / pick up ? ! What !? Can't beat it. Awesome service and I will definitely return.

These guys are fantastic! Rented an aerator the other day and couldn't be happier with the service. Dan even let me keep it longer than what I rented it for since it suited us both better to have it picked up a little later. Local company, for just $5-ish more than big ol' home depot, but INCLUDING free delivery & pickup!!! Plus it's super simple to schedule the rental online. Definitely coming back for the de-thatcher and power-seeder. So easy. So awesome. Thanks YardRents!

Lawn Aeration, Power Raking, Overseeding Package
Core aeration removes plugs of soil and thatch to improve water infiltration, drainage, and oxygen content. De-thatching (power raking) removes the thick layer of fibrous thatch that lays above the soil. Overseeding is most successful following aeration or de-thatching, or both as these processes help to create seed-to-soil contact.
Powered Overseeder / Slit Seeder
This overseeder has the seed box located in front of the flails so the blade action can help "cut" seed into the soil thereby improving the soil-to-seed contact and germination rate.
