| The defoamer is to be used along with the machine carpet cleaner to eliminate the foam in the hose and recovery tank. It is easy to use and is added to the recovery tank only. It will also prevent recovery tank overflows. This product is silicone based. It is 1 quart (32 ounces).
(If the defoamer is combined with the carpet cleaning solution, as it is in most All-in-One products, it will leave the carpet fibers sticky when it dries. This will attract dirt as the carpet is walked on.) |
